Here’s your single window admission process guide

HOW TO APPLY

PART - 1

Step 1 : Register(as foreign national if you do not hold and Indian Passport,else as NRI/PIO/OCI/whose  parent works in gulf  or

              south-east Asia) and login


Step 2 : Explore colleges that offer your desired course / Apply to your preferred college

Step 3 : Click on Add to wish list and complete your profile Information first (if pending),without which you will not be able to
             see the course in wish list.
            [If you have any queries regarding transcripts, you can refer to the documents required section under important information
            or go to query section and ask a question to us]

Step 4 : Select minimum 5 (maximum 10) colleges, subject to availability,from the given list only(that offer offer your desired course)
             in the order of your preference.
            [ In case you know any college that offers the course and don’t find it in the list, you can send us an email at
            uom@admissiondesk.org , from your registered email ID, with the name of colleges and the course]

Step 5 : Proceed for payment of eligibility fees (Rs.3399/course)
            For example : If a student applies to 10 colleges for B.Com and another 10 colleges for BMS,then he will have to download
            two separate challans and make two separate payments (Rs.3399 x 2courses)
            THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Step 6 : Click on Online Payment, fill details and complete the payment. You will receive an acknowledgement/receipt of this payment, if
             successful.

Step 7 : Go to MY APPLICATIONS section and await your provisional admission letter. Takes about 10-20 days.

              Once approved by the department,you will see Accepted and will be able to download the letter from there itself.

              Keep tracking receipt of the same.

Step 8 : In case you have any queries / are facing any problems, go to the Query section and ask a Question(Preferably attach a

              a screenshot of the error). We shall revert

PART - 2

Step 1 : Go to MY APPLICATIONS  and Complete the application process, step by step.

 

Step 2 : Download the provisional admission letter / eligibility letter

 

Step 3 : Upload your Student Visa (Unless  you're a student of Nepal/Bhutan or holding Indian Passport)

 

Step 4 : Download your Application Letter


Step 5 : Make payment towards application fees($1150) using a debit/credit card or by Net Banking and upload the

             Acknowledgement/receipt of your successful transaction.

             THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.


Step 6 : You will receive enrolment details. Now wait for verification of your payment and allocation of a college.

 

Step 7 : Once college has been allocated, make online payment of college fee(third payment).

             Click on Proceed for payment to view your college fee amount.

             After successful payment, download the challan/receipt and upload the same there itself.


Step 8 : You will be able to download a Firm letter(which you have to present to the college Registrar)

 

Step 9 : Visit Health care centre in University of Mumbai, kalina campus and get your

              medical check-up

 

Step 10 : Upload your Medical Certificate, RP copy and EPT passing details.

              (where RP = Residential Permit& EPT = English proficiency test)
